Deals start with a conversation.

I connect business owners with vetted private buyers and family offices, quietly and off-market. No listings. No fees to sellers. I'm not a broker.

Two Sides, One Table

Whichever side you're on, I sit there too.

I've built and sold businesses, and I've sourced capital for them. That's why intros go both ways, and why they hold up once diligence starts.

For Owners

Explore what your business is worth to the right buyer.

Quietly. No public listing, no staff finding out, no wasted time with tire-kickers.

  • Nothing goes to market, ever
  • No fees charged to you, the seller
  • Discreet introductions to buyers who are actively acquiring
  • You set the pace, the terms, and the timeline
For Buyers

Get in front of deal flow that never hits a marketplace.

Proprietary sourcing, not recycled listings everyone else is bidding on.

  • Roughly 5 new owner conversations, every day
  • Hundreds of qualified buyers already in the network
  • Service, home services, healthcare, construction, manufacturing
  • Owners vetted for real intent before you ever get an intro

The Person Making The Introduction

I've been on both sides of the table.

I started as a loan underwriter at Wells Fargo, then spent years in corporate hospitality across Europe and Asia, where I learned that great business is built on relationships, not transactions. Since then I've co-founded more than 20 companies, built and scaled businesses past $40M, and I'm a co-owner of Skool.

That's why I sit on both sides of the table. I've been the owner deciding whether to sell, and the buyer deciding whether to acquire.

How It Works

Three steps. No middlemen after that.

1

Conversation

A confidential call to understand your goals: an owner's timeline and price expectations, or a buyer's criteria and capital.

2

Match

An introduction happens only where there's real alignment: financially, operationally, and culturally. No forced fits.

3

Close

You negotiate directly. I stay involved as needed to keep things moving, never as a bottleneck, never taking a fee from a seller.

It's not about more listings.
It's about fewer strangers standing between you and your goals.
